▸ Our trash bags are made of GMO-free compostable plastic.  Essentially, plastics made from vegetables -they are non-toxic and are the healthiest of all biodegradable plastics.  Our boxes are reusable and recyclable in their natural colour and do not contain harmful dyes.  

▸ Our scrubbies are made with natural materials from the earth that will decompose naturally into the earth.

▸  All our products have been designed to decompose into a healthy, nutritious soil that will naturally pull CO2 from the atmosphere.  Many of our products have been produced in nutrient-dense soil that will pull CO2 from the atmosphere. 

In the right environment, approximately 3 months.  In a stable environment (on your kitchen shelf) from the date of manufacture, it takes one year for decomposition to start.  If you find that your product has started to break-down within three months of purchase, we will replace that product for free.  Proof of purchase is required for this. 

We have made sizing easy.  Our standard trash bag size is:

▸ Bathroom - 40 x 48cm (15.75 x 18.9 inches), this bag also fits your standard compost bin

▸ Kitchen - 56 x 62 cm (22.05 x 24.41 inches), this bag fits the standard ‘under the kitchen sink bin.’

▸ Large tote - 65 x 85cm (25.95 x 33.46 inches), this bag fits the standard oversized kitchen bin that won’t fit under the kitchen sink.  It also fits the standard galvanized steel garage trash can up to 75 gallons. The one Oscar the Grouch lives in. (see sizing chart)

Shipping rates vary.  But we do offer free shipping within Canada & the Continental US on all orders over $50.  If your order is just under, we recommend paying it forward and adding something for the food bank.

▸  We ship out your order within 48 hours of receiving your order.

▸  We ship with Fedex, UPS, Canpar, and all major couriers.

▸  Your order includes tracking and insurance.

▸ Once your order is in the courier's care, they provide a 2-12 day delivery timeline.  

Please email us as soon as possible and we will ship out a replacement.  Photos of the defects may be required.

When you make an order for the food bank, we will match your order.  This means the receiving food bank gets twice as much.  

Many of our customers have sent our products as gifts to spread the ‘plastic-free’ love.

We want you to be happy with our products.  If you are not happy with your product, email us within three days of receiving your items, we will make things right for you.
